1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”דולר“ – דולר של ארה״ב של אמריקה;
”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה;
”מילוות צמודי מדד“ – מילוות המדינה הנסחרים בבורסה לניירות ערך בתל אביב, הצמודים למדד בשיעור של 100 אחוזים;
”קרן נאמנות“ – קרן להשקעות משותפות בנאמנות כמשמעותה בחוק להשקעות משותפות בנאמנות, התשנ״ד–1994;
”תכנית חיסכון“ – תכנית חיסכון שאושרה לפי חוק עידוד החיסכון, הנחות ממס הכנסה וערבות למילוות, התשט״ז–1956.
