2. השקעה לפי הוראת הלקוח
תאגיד בנקאי ישקיע כספי פיקדון ללא תנועה (להלן – פיקדון), לפי ההוראה האחרונה שקיבל מבעל הפיקדון (להלן – ההוראה), אם נתקיימו תנאים אלה:
(1)ההוראה ניתנה במשך ארבע השנים שקדמו למועד ההשקעה;
(2)ההוראה היתה להשקיע את הכספים באחת הדרכים האלה:
(א)בניירות ערך הנסחרים בבורסה מוסדרת לניירות ערך;
(ב)בקרן נאמנות;
(ג)בתכנית חיסכון;
(ד)בפיקדונות במטבע חוץ או צמודים למטבע חוץ;
(ה)בפיקדונות במטבע ישראלי הצמודים למדד.
