1. צו לכפיית התייצבות
צו לכפיית התייצבות בפני ועדת חקירה למתן עדות או להגשת מסמך (להלן – צו לכפיית התייצבות) ייערך לפי הטופס שבתוספת, בתיאומים לפי הענין, וייחתם בידי יושב ראש ועדת החקירה.
