2. מעצר לשם ביצוע הצו
מי שניתן עליו צו לכפיית התייצבות, רשאי שוטר לעצרו ולהביאו לתחנת משטרה, ומותר לבצע מעצר כאמור בכל עת ובכל מקום שדיני ישראל חלים עליו.
