9ב. מחיקת ערר
תיקון: 1019, 1209, 1357
הנגיד וועדת העררים רשאים לצוות על מחיקת ערר על יסוד אחד הנימוקים האלה:
א.אין כתב הערר מגלה עילה;
ב.נראה להם מתוך כתב הערר שהערר הינו טרגני או קנטרני;
ג.כתב הערר הוגש מבלי שנתמלאו לגביו ההוראות הקבועות בסדרי הדין של ועדת העררים, כולן או מקצתן;
ד.העורר לא התייצב לדיון, לאחר שהוזמן כדין;
ה.אי קיום החלטת ועדת העררים.
