תיקון: 1357
הנגיד, ועדת העררים רשאים בכל עת, לדחות ערר מאחד הנימוקים האלה:
(א)הנושא נדון על ידי ועדת העררים וניתנה בו המלצה לגופו של ענין;
(ב)חוסר סמכות;
(ג)כל נימוק אחר שעל פיו הינם סבורים שניתן לדחות מלכתחילה את הערר.
