4. בחירת ועדת משנה
ועדת הבחירה תבחר מבין חבריה ועדת משנה שחבריה ארבעה והם: נשיא בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים שישמש יושב ראש הועדה, שופט בית המשפט העליון, ראש אגף כח אדם במטה הכללי ונציג לשכת עורכי הדין (להלן – ועדת המשנה).
