3. המצאת פסקי דין
(א)שופט המבקש להתמנות שופט של בית הדין הצבאי לערעורים ימציא למרכז הועדה כעשרה פסקי דין שכתב בתקופת השנתיים שקדמו לבקשתו.
(ב)המרכז יעביר עותקים של פסקי הדין והפרסומים לעיונם של חברי ועדת הבחירה.
