10. התפטרות נציג רשות מקומית
נציג רשות מקומית רשאי להתפטר על ידי מתן הודעה בכתב לראש הרשות המקומית שבחרה בו וליושב ראש הרשות; התפטרות תהיה בת תוקף מיום שנבחר נציגה החדש של הרשות המקומית האמורה.
