26. ועדות
(א)רשות רשאית לבחור – אם מבין חבריה ואם מבין אנשים אחרים – ועדות קבועות או ועדות ארעיות לענינים או למקרים מסויימים.
(ב)לפחות מחצית מחבריה של ועדה יהיו חברי רשות.
(ג)יושב ראש ועדה ייבחר על ידי הרשות.
