27. סמכויות ועדה וסדרי עבודתה
(א)המלצותיה של ועדה טעונות אישור רשות.
(ב)הרשות, בהחלטה שנתקבלה ברוב של שני שלישים ממספר חבריה, רשאית להעביר ענין מסויים או סוגי ענינים להנהלה או לועדה להחלטתם הסופית.
(ג)ועדה רשאית, בשים לב להחלטות הרשות, לקבוע בעצמה את סדרי עבודתה ודיוניה.
