34. הודעות מאת בעל הרשיון
(א)בעל רשיון חייב להודיע בכתב למנהל תוך שלושים ימים –
(1)על כל שינוי בשמו או במענו הפרטי;
(2)על אבדן רשיונו, בצירוף אישור על מסירת הודעה למשטרה.
(ב)הודיע בעל הרשיון כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאי המנהל לתת לו העתק רשיון שאבד.
