35. חובה לחתום על מסמך
(א)בעל רשיון יחתום את שמו ויטביע חותמת הנושאת את שמו המלא, מספר רשיונו וכן סוג הרשיון על כל מסמך הנוגע לעבודות חשמל שביצע.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”מסמך“ – תכנית המוגשת לאישור, חישוב טכני, בקשה לבדיקת מיתקן חשמלי ואישור הניתן להוכחת ותק מקצועי לעוסק בביצוע עבודות חשמל.
