6. ביטול רשיון והחזרתו
(א)ביטל המנהל רשיון, לפי סעיף 5(ג) לחוק, ישלח לבעל הרשיון הודעה על כך בדואר רשום.
(ב)בוטל רשיון או פקע תקפו, יחזיר אותו בעל הרשיון למנהל תוך ארבעה עשר ימים מיום שנמסרה לו הודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
