4. תחולת הוראות
על נהיגה כאמור בתקנות 2 ו־3, יחולו כל ההוראות לפי פקודת התעבורה, למעט ההוראות שעניינן רישיון רכב על פי אותה פקודה, וכן יחול על נהיגה כאמור החיוב בפוליסת ביטוח לפי פקודת ביטוח רכב מנועי [נוסח חדש], התש״ל–1970, כאמור בסעיף 51א לפקודה האמורה.
