12. קביעת דרגת נכות
תיקון: תשמ״ג
(א)נקבעה לנכה דרגת נכות, תקבע הועדה הרפואית –
(1)את תאריך תחילתה של דרגת הנכות;
(2)אם דרגת הנכות קבועה או זמנית;
(3)אם דרגת הנכות שנקבעה היא זמנית – מועד לבדיקת הנכה לשם קביעת דרגת נכותו מחדש.
(ב)הועדה רשאית לקבוע לנכה דרגות נכות שונות לגבי התקופה שלמן תחילת הנכות עד ליום שבו קבעה הועדה את דרגת הנכות.
