14. הוראות מעבר
נתגלה בבדיקה חדשה לפי סעיף 37 לחוק כי לא חל שינוי במצב פגימתו של הנכה הנבדק, וכי לפגימתו נקבעה בתוספת דרגת נכות המראה אחוזי נכות פחותים מאלה שנקבעו לפי התקנות הפוקעות, רשאית הועדה הרפואית לקבוע לו דרגת נכות כפי שהיתה לו בזמן הבדיקה הרפואית האחרונה.
