7. חובת דיווח על שינוי בבעלי עניין בבעל הרישיון
בעל רישיון ידווח לרשות בכתב על כל שינוי בבעלי העניין בבעל הרישיון אשר לא נדרש לגביו אישור הרשות לפי החוק או הרישיון, ויפרט את השינוי שבוצע; הדיווח יוגש בתוך 30 ימי עבודה ממועד השינוי, ויצורף אליו תרשים מבנה אחזקות המבהיר את השינוי.
