6. הוראות נוספות לגבי הגשת בקשה
(א)לכל בקשה המוגשת לפי כללים אלה יצורפו גם כל אלה:
(1)הצהרת המעביר כי מלבד הבקשה לקבלת אישור הרשות לפעולה המבוקשת, אין מניעה חוקית או הסכמית לביצוע הפעולה;
(2)הצהרת המעביר כי אין בפעולה המבוקשת כדי לפגוע בקיום תנאי הרישיון.
(ב)מסמכים כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יוגשו באמצעות מסמך מקורי או העתק נאמן למקור ובפורמט דיגיטלי.
