Section 7 of כללי עבודתה של הוועדה המייעצת למנהל הכללי של משרד הביטחון במתן הטבות לפנים משורת הדין (”ועדת למ״ד“), אישור המלצות הוועדה.
7. אישור המלצות הוועדה
(א)על המלצות הוועדה נדרשות לפחות חתימת יושב ראש הוועדה וחתימת ראש אגף השיקום, והן יועברו לאישור המנכ״ל לאחר כל ישיבת ועדה.
(ב)המנכ״ל רשאי לאשר את ההמלצות או להחזיר את הנושא לדיון חוזר בועדה, וכן רשאי הוא לבקש הסברים, אך אינו רשאי לאשר הטבה בניגוד להמלצות הוועדה.
