8. שינוי הכללים ופרסומם
(א)שר הביטחון, בהסכמת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, רשאי לשנות כללים אלה, להוסיף עליהם או לגרוע מהם.
(ב)אין באמור בכללים אלה כדי לגרוע מסמכות הוועדה לקבוע לעצמה סדרי דיון משלימים, בכפוף להם.
(ג)כללים אלה וכל שינוי בהם, יפורסמו ברשומות ובחוברות מידע של האגף.
(ד)כל פונה יוכל לקבל מן האגף לפי בקשתו עותק מכללים אלה.
