1. הגדרות
באכרזה זו –
”הובלה“ – הובלת מטענים במשאית, בין נוזלים ובין מוצקים ולרבות בתפזורת, בין בשכר ובין בקשר עם עסקו או מסחרו של המוביל;
”מוביל“, לענין רכב המשמש להובלה – אדם שלו זכות הבעלות או השליטה ברכב, לרבות אדם המחזיק ברכב מכוח הסכם של מקח־אגב־שכירות;
”משאית“ – רכב מנועי מסחרי כמשמעותו בפקודת התעבורה;
”משרד הובלה“ – מקום שבו מתנהל מפעל, עסק, מיזם או מוסד של הובלה, בשכר או בתמורה אחרת, ברכב מסחרי או במשאית.
