3. הגנה על עשיית רישמת קול
היה היצרן אזרח או נתין מדינה בעלת האמנה, תהיה מוגנת בישראל עשיית רישמת הקול שיצר באחת מהמדינות האלה כאילו שזו נעשתה בישראל בידי אזרח ישראלי בין שזו פורסמה ובין אם לאו.
