6. הגנה על יצרני רשימות קול
רשימת קול שהיצרן שלה הוא אזרח מדינה חברה, או שפורסמה לראשונה במדינה חברה, יחולו עליה –
(1)סעיף 19(1) לחוק זכות יוצרים, 1911, ביחס ליצירת העתקות שלה;
(2)סעיף 13 לפקודת זכות יוצרים, ביחס להשכרת רשימת קול למטרות מסחר, אך למעט השכרת רשימת קול כשהיא חלק מחפץ אחר שהוא המושכר העיקרי.
