השר רשאי לקבוע –
(1)הוראות נוספות ומשלימות בדבר חישוב שכר העבודה הרגיל לענין סימן זה;
(2)הוראות לחישוב שכר העבודה הרגיל, במקרים שבהם לדעתו החישוב לפי סעיף 98 לא ישקף נאמנה את שכר העבודה הרגיל של המבוטח;
(3)הוראות בדבר חישוב התקופה של רבע השנה לענין סעיף 98.
