151. הזכות ותחומיה
[90ג]
(א)מבוטח שאירעה לו תאונה, בין בישראל ובין בחוץ לארץ, יהיה זכאי לדמי תאונה בעד פרק הזמן שבו הוא נמצא בישראל ואבד לו כושר התפקוד, אם לא עסק למעשה בעבודה כלשהי.
(ב)הזכות לדמי תאונה לפי סעיף זה מותנית בכך שהמבוטח נבדק בדיקה רפואית תוך 72 שעות משעת התאונה, ואם המוסד אישר שתוצאות התאונה יכול שנתגלו לראשונה לאחר 72 השעות האמורות – תוך שבועיים מיום התאונה.
