234. הרחבת סוגי זכאים וגמלאות
תיקון: תשס״ד [127צד]
השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה, רשאי –
(1)להחיל את הזכאות לגמלת סיעוד גם על מי שטרם הגיע לגיל הפרישה;
(2)לקבוע סוגים נוספים של גמלאות שיינתנו למוגבלים בתפקוד, וכללים, תנאים, מבחנים, שיעורים ומועדים לתשלומן.
