השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות נוספות ומשלימות בדבר חישוב שכר העבודה הרגיל, חישוב ההכנסה הממוצעת, חישוב ההכנסה של מי שהיה עובד עצמאי בחלק משנת המס וחישוב התקופה של רבע השנה לענין סעיף 273.
