289. הזכאות לגמלאות

מתנדב שנפגע תוך כדי פעולת ההתנדבות ועקב פעולה זו, יחולו עליו ועל התלויים בו, לפי הענין, הוראות פרק ה׳ בשינויים המחוייבים; לענין זה יראו גם פגיעה שאירעה למתנדב בדרך למקום שבו מבוצעת פעולת ההתנדבות או בחזרה ממנו, אף שלא ממעונו או למעונו, כפגיעה לפי הפרק האמור, ובלבד שהתקיימו שאר התנאים כאמור בסעיף 81.
