295. פיצויים בשל פגיעת מתנדב

שר האוצר, באישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, יתקין תקנות בענין תשלום פיצויים מאת אוצר המדינה למי שנפגע או שניזוק, או לתלויים בו, מעוולה שנעשתה בידי מתנדב תוך כדי פעולת ההתנדבות ועקב פעולה זו ואין לו זכות לפיצויים מאדם אחר זולת המתנדב; בסעיף זה, ”עוולה“ ו”תלויים“ – כמשמעותם בפקודת הנזיקין.
