תיקון: תשפ״ד־6
הוראות סעיפים 295ה ו־295ו לא יחולו על עובד שחל לגביו, בזמן שהיה חטוף או נעדר, הסדר אחר, מיטיב, לפי דין או הסכם להבטחת המשך הזכויות הפנסיוניות שהיו מגיעות לו אילו הוסיף לעבוד באותה תקופה.
