3. אגודה שיתופית
תיקון: תשע״ז־5 [2]
לענין חוק זה רואים חבר אגודה שיתופית העובד במפעל האגודה או מטעמה כעובד ואת האגודה רואים כמעבידו; ואולם בחבר אגודה שיתופית שהיא קיבוץ שיתופי רואים את החבר כעובד, ואת הקיבוץ השיתופי כמעבידו, אם החבר עוסק בתפקידו במסגרת סידור העבודה ולא על פי התקשרות אישית בינו לבין מעביד אחר, אף אם אין התפקיד מבוצע במפעל האגודה או מטעמה.
