301. בדיקות רפואיות

(א)השר רשאי לקבוע הוראות בדבר בדיקות רפואיות של אדם התובע גמלה, או של אדם שמכוחו או בקשר אליו נתבעת או משתלמת גמלה, וכן בדבר דינו של מי שלא קיים חובה שהוטלה עליו לפי סעיף זה.
פורסמו תקנות הביטוח הלאומי (בדיקות רפואיות), תשכ״ה–1965.
(ב)הוצאות בדיקה רפואית לפי סעיף זה יחולו על המוסד.
