309. תשלום למי שסיפק מצרכים חיוניים

זכאי לקצבה לפי פרקים ה׳, ט׳ או י״א, שנפטר בלי שגבה את מלוא הקצבה המגיעה לו ובלי שהשאיר אחריו שאירים או תלויים, ישולם למי שיוכיח, להנחת דעתו של המוסד, שסיפק לזכאי בשנה האחרונה לפני הפטירה מצרכים או שירותים שהיו חיוניים לו ולא שולם בעדם, סכום שלא יעלה על סכום הקצבה בעד ששת החודשים האחרונים לפני הפטירה.
