355א. חובת דיווח וייחוס תשלומים בקיבוץ מתחדש
תיקון: תשע״ז־5
(א)קיבוץ מתחדש יגיש, במועד תשלום דמי הביטוח בעד חבריו, דין וחשבון באופן מקוון כפי שיורה המוסד, בדבר ההכנסה של כל אחד מחבריו בתקופת התשלום שלגביה מוגש הדין וחשבון.
(ב)הוראות סעיפים 355(א1) ו־(ב) יחולו על קיבוץ מתחדש, בשינויים המחויבים.
