361. סמכות למתן הנחה
[177א]
השר, באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה, רשאי לקבוע הנחות שיינתנו לעובד עצמאי ולמי שאינו עובד ואינו עובד עצמאי, ששילמו דמי ביטוח לפני המועד שנקבע לתשלומם או באמצעות גביה מרוכזת, והכל בשיעורים ובתנאים שקבע, דרך כלל או לסוגים של מבוטחים.
