371א. תשלום דמי ביטוח בעד עובד בחופשה ללא תשלום
תיקון: תשפ״א־10
על אף האמור בסעיף 371(א) ובהוראות שנקבעו לפיו, היה עובד בחופשה ללא תשלום בהסכמת המעסיק, ומעסיקו היה חייב בתשלום דמי ביטוח בעדו בהתאם להוראות שנקבעו לפי סעיף 371(א), יחושבו דמי הביטוח שמעסיקו חייב בעדו עבור התקופה שבה העובד היה בחופשה ללא תשלום לפי הכנסת העובד בחודש שקדם לחודש שבו הוצא לחופשה ללא תשלום, אם הכנסתו האמורה פחתה מההכנסה המזערית שלפי פרט 1 של לוח י״א.
