380. מבוטח שלא נרשם

(א)לא נרשם מבוטח על פי ההוראות בדבר רישום החלות עליו, לא תיחשב לגביו כל תקופת אכשרה לענין סעיפים 246 ו־253, אלא מיום שנרשם.
(ב)סעיף זה לא יחול אם הוכיח המבוטח כי אי־הרישום נגרם על ידי מעשה שלא היה תלוי ברצונו של החייב ברישום.
