405. הוראה מיוחדת לגבי תושב קבע
תיקון: תשס״ג־5
על אף הוראות כל דין, ניתנו לאדם אשרה ורישיון לישיבת קבע בישראל לפי חוק הכניסה לישראל, לא תשולם לו גמלה לפי חוק זה בעד התקופה שקדמה ליום שבו המציא למשרד הפנים את הראיות שמכוחן ניתנו לו האשרה והרישיון האמורים, אף אם התקופה כאמור היתה לפני יום כ״ז בטבת התשס״ג (1 בינואר 2003).
