תיקון: תשס״ה־2 [96]
בסימן זה –
”היום הקובע“ – היום שבו הפסיקה המבוטחת לעבוד בהיותה בהריון שנסתיים בלידה שלגביה מוגשת התביעה לדמי לידה; ולענין מבוטחת שזכאית לדמי הסתגלות מיוחדים ולא עבדה בהיותה בהריון כאמור – היום האחרון שבעדו השתלמו לה דמי הסתגלות מיוחדים בהיותה בהריון;
”יום הלידה המשוער“ – היום שנקבע כיום הלידה המשוער, באישור רפואי שניתן בהתאם לתקנות שהתקין השר.
