56. שלילת הזכות

המוסד רשאי לשלול את הזכות לדמי לידה, כולם או מקצתם, אם קרה אחד מאלה:
(1)בתוך הזמן שבעדו משתלמים דמי לידה עבדה המבוטחת שלא במשק ביתה;
(2)בתוך ששת השבועות שלפני יום הלידה המשוער עבדה המבוטחת שלא במשק ביתה בימים שרופא, שהסמיך המוסד, אסר עליה לעבוד בהם;
(3)המבוטחת לא מילאה אחרי הוראת המוסד בדבר פיקוח רפואי בקשר להריון וללידה.
