תיקון: תשע״ד־9 [103ב]
אשה המבוטחת לפי סעיף 40 שנפטרה בעת הלידה או תוך שנה מיום הלידה, ישולם בעד היילוד תשלום מיוחד לפי תנאים ושיעורים שיקבע השר באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה.
