69א. מנין ילדים ממספר נשים
תיקון: תשס״א, תשס״ט־3
על אף האמור בכל מקום אחר בסימן זה, היו למבוטח ילדים ממספר נשים יחולו לגביו הוראות אלה:
(1)היה לו ילד כאמור בסעיף 68(ב), יבואו הילדים במניין כל אחת מהנשים בנפרד;
(2)לא היה לו ילד כאמור בסעיף 68(ב), יבואו הילדים במניין האב; הוכיחה האם, להנחת דעתו של המוסד, כי אינה מקיימת משק בית משותף עם האב, וכי הילד לא סמוך על שולחנו של האב – יבוא הילד במניין האם.
