42. מסירת מסמכים
לא ימסור המשכיר רכב לשוכר אלא אם כן מסר לשוכר תעודות אלה:
(1)רשיון הרכב או אישור של רשות הרישוי על תוקף רשיון הרכב;
(2)העתק מאושר של תעודת ביטוח תקפה לגבי הרכב;
(3)הסכם השכרה.
