43. שימוש ברכב השכרה
תיקון: תשמ״ט, תשנ״א
(א)לא ינהג אדם ברכב השכרה, אלא אם כן –
(1)קיים לגביו ביטוח כאמור בסעיף 19(7);
(2)נרשמו בהסכם השכרה הפרטים האמורים בסעיף 41.
(ב)שוכר רכב לא ישכירנו לאחר; הוראה זו לא תחול לגבי משרד להסעות שעוסק בהשכרת רכב לנהיגה עצמית.
(ג)הוראות סעיף קטן (א)(2) לא יחולו על עובד של משרד להשכרת רכב הנוהג ברכב השכרה של אותו המשרד.
