49. ביטול
(א)בטלים –
(1)צו הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (הסעת סיור באוטובוס), התשל״ב–1972;
(2)צו הפיקוח על מצרכים ושירותים (הסעת סיור ברכב והשכרתו), התשמ״א–1980;
(להלן בסעיף זה – הדינים הבטלים).
(ב)כל רשיון שניתן לפי אחד מהדינים הבטלים ושהיה לו תוקף ערב תחילתו של צו זה, יהיה בתוקף לתקופה של שנה מאותו יום ובמשך תקופה זו חייב בעל רשיון לקבל רשיון חדש לפי צו זה.
