107. חסינויות הרשות
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)על אף האמור בכל דין, לא תישא הרשות באחריות על הפרתה של זכות קנין רוחני כלשהי, לרבות זכות יוצרים, בידי מורשה לשידורים או שלוחו.
(ב)על אף האמור בחוק איסור לשון הרע, התשכ״ה–1965, לא תישא הרשות באחריות על הפרת הוראותיו של החוק האמור בידי מורשה לשידורים או בידי שלוחו, זולת אם אישרה הרשות מראש את התכנית שבה הופרו הוראות החוק האמור.
