בפרק זה –
”תקופת ביניים“ – התקופה שמיום תחילתו של חוק זה עד יום ט״ז בחשון התשנ״ד (31 באוקטובר 1993) או עד למועד שתקבע הרשות להפעלת השידורים בידי בעלי הזכיונות – לפי המוקדם שביניהם;
”מנהל השידורים“ – מנהל מינהלת ההקמה של הרשות השניה לטלויזיה ורדיו במשרד התקשורת.
