32. זכיון ורישוי
תיקון: תשס״ב־3, תשס״ה־3, תשע״א, תשע״ח
(א)לא יקים אדם, לא יפעיל תחנת שידור, ולא יקיים שידורים אלא אם כן קיבל לכך זכיון או רישיון, בהתאם להוראות חוק זה.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע מהוראות פקודת הטלגרף האלחוטי.
(ג)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על שידורים הניתנים לציבור כדין.
