31. תנאי העסקתם של עובדי הרשות
(א)המנהל באישור המועצה, יקבע את רשימת המשרות ברשות ותנאי ההעסקה בהן; שכרם ותנאי העסקתם של עובדי הרשות ייקבעו באישור השר לאחר התייעצות עם שר האוצר.
(ב)התקבל עובד למשרה ברשות, יקבע המנהל את תנאי עבודתו, שכרו ותקופת העסקתו, במסגרת השכר ותנאי ההעסקה שנקבעו לפי סעיף קטן (א).
